NOTE: I did this the other day. I made 3 lbs of a hamburger recipe I found at AllRecipes.com (Essentially, it's just a packet of ranch dressing mix, an egg, and an onion).
Anyway, I only grilled 4 burgers, so I just put the rest of the meat in one giant bag, flattened it, and 'scored it' into patties. It worked great.
